What I Do

Bridging the Gap Between Brain Science and Daily Life

I serve as an ADHD Family Success Consultant and a Brain Coach, bridging the critical gap between brain science, the classroom, and the home. My work focuses on translating complex Mind, Brain, and Education (MBE) strategies, along with principles from a neurocognitive behavioral approach, into actionable success for both families and educators. Whether acting as a liaison between psychological evaluations and school accommodations to support families or providing teachers with targeted neuro-friendly strategies, my goal is to align daily environments with the neuroscience of how the brain learns. My mission is to assist parents and schools in leveraging the brain’s natural adaptability and put research‑backed strategies into practice for meaningful, lasting success.

Testimonials

“This experience has taught me how important it is to meet my son at his level and break things into smaller steps. Focusing on one goal at a time has made a big difference for both of us. Our home is calmer now, and I handle challenges with more patience and confidence. The results have been amazing. My son’s grades are better, and he’s more confident. We both feel less stressed, and what used to feel overwhelming is now manageable. We’re moving forward with progress and hope.” Gabrielle Brown

“This information was so rich. It gave the high level understanding, the deep level of brain, habit, stress, nutruition and how it all works together. I have a new confidence in supporting my child now. We have a ways to go but I feel that we have the right tools, knowledge and support now. I highly recommend this for any parent struggling to support their child with ADHD.” Marlena Cole
